For Vista Sands renters there is also Wasabi Japanese Steak house, within walking distance. Their web site touts their sushi. I also had a nephew in town who repeatedly patronized Sake House near Tanger Outlet Mall for their sushi. Their hibachi is most excellent also, speaking from my own experience.

If mentioning a store as far as Cleaners, forgot to mention Sandy's Cleaners with their main plant and store on Hwy 78 in Ladson and storefront on Trolley Rd across from Publix. Also there's Oakbrook Dry Cleaning, which I know nothing about. Also, M&S Dry Cleaning in Ridgeville offers door-to-door service.

For fellow residents that cannot bear the thought of VS not recycling; FYI, Wal-Mart has recycle bins for aluminum, plastic (I assume bottle, but not sure), and plastic bags in the entry way near their canned drink machines!! If anyone knows of a close/convenient place to take other recycling, such as paper and soups cans, please let us know!
